Care Home Night Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Barchester care homes, you will be responsible for the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents. Your primary goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Your Responsibilities- Develop tailored care plans for residents to address their unique needs and preferences.
- Deliver high-quality patient care by administering medication, managing care packages, and providing emotional support.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require current NMC registration, a strong understanding of clinical practices, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team. Your compassionate approach, combined with your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
