About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Barchester care homes, you will be responsible for the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents. Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop tailored care plans for residents to address their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Deliver high-quality patient care by administering medication, managing care packages, and providing emotional support.
  3. Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require current NMC registration, a strong understanding of clinical practices, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team. Your compassionate approach, combined with your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
