Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Central Scotland. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and map out new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Promote Nexus in person at industry events and through a range of marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with an excellent performance history.
  • Experience in industries beyond oil and gas.
  • Knowledge of low friction/anti-corrosion and paint coatings.
  • Brilliant relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated by targets and the exploration of new territories.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
