Job Overview

The role of Regional Marketing Manager is critical in driving demand generation through the execution of integrated campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing regional marketing plans, identifying and executing the right mix of marketing strategies, and planning and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing calendars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Regional Marketing Plans
    • Create regional marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy
    • Identify and prioritize marketing initiatives that drive business growth and revenue
  • Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and lead conversion
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • Manage Marketing Budgets
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources
    • Monitor and report on marketing spend and ROI
  • Lead Regional Marketing Teams
    • Lead and manage regional marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience
    • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a software or technology provider
  • Skills
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Strong understanding of modern sales and marketing technology tools
    • Native German speaking skills (based in London, managing Germany region)
