Job Title: Residential Senior Care Assistant

Location:Nexxus Care is recruiting a Senior care assistant to work within a busy dementia care home.

Pay: £12.44 per hour

Job type: 28hr contract - Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior care assistant to provide leadership and support to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to set goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to team members, monitor performance and progress, and motivate team members to reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve the company's goals.
  • Ensure service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Senior care assistant with a strong background in leading and managing teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to set goals and objectives.
