* Collaborate with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our care homes
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* 21 years of age or older
* Valid driving license
* Relevant level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field
* At least six months of experience in children\u2019s residential care
* Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including sleep-ins
