Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our children's homes. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people.

About the Role

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.65, depending on experience and qualifications, plus sleep ins. You will receive a monthly rota and 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum. This is a 365-day-a-year job, including Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
