Job Description

The Admin Assistant will work within the Optometry team, providing administrative and clerical support to meet the needs of the department. The role involves:

  • Maintaining manual and electronic filing systems and databases in accordance with departmental and Trust policies.
  • Providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative service, including tasks such as typing, photocopying, and supporting the department and team members.

The successful candidate will utilise relevant Trust IT systems, ensuring all patient data is accurately collected and entered in compliance with Trust guidelines. Estimated salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.
