Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Platform Growth Manager to lead our efforts in community engagement and impact growth. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving user engagement, onboarding new community organisations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authority Management & Support: You will be the main point of contact for local authorities, including Housing Associations and Councils, offering guidance and resolving queries.
  • User Engagement: Update users on new platform features, best practices, and strategies to enhance their experience.
  • Onboarding: Lead new authority onboarding, ensuring they maximise the platform's benefits from day one.
  • User Groups: Organise and facilitate bi-monthly sessions to support users and share insights.
  • Platform Growth: Drive user engagement, onboard more community organisations, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Data Insights: Use analytics to monitor engagement, identify trends, and share actionable recommendations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address user issues promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to resolve technical queries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in account or relationship management, ideally in SaaS, digital platforms, or social value environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple users and projects.
  • Growth Mindset: History of driving platform engagement and community growth.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to resolving issues and meeting user needs.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with CRM systems or analytics tools is a bonus.
