The Role

We are seeking a Wellbeing Accommodation Night Support Worker who can support young people aged 16-25 living in semi-independent accommodation. As a Key Person, you will ensure the young people's safety, help them gain independent living skills, and provide a supportive living environment.

You will be part of a well-established, welcoming, and enthusiastic team of Wellbeing Accommodation Support Workers. The successful candidate will receive full training and must be proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgmental with a good sense of humour and the ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and record all communication with the people you support.
  2. Report any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the young people receive the best possible support.
