As a Support Worker, you will provide a package of practical and emotional support to empower young people to move on from supported accommodation to independence.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with young people to identify their needs and develop a support plan to mitigate any barriers to achieving their goals.
- Provide continuity and support to young people as they transition to move-on accommodation.
- Support young people to develop practical skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, housework, laundry, and personal health and hygiene in readiness for independent living.

- Demonstrable passion for working with young people and an understanding of the impact of trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
