Finance Administration Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administration Assistant to join our team in Avonmouth. As a key member of the finance department, you will help with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Outlook and Excel, and have some knowledge of credit control. You will work closely with the credit controllers to ensure timely delivery services and maintain accurate records.
The role offers a competitive base salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual performance-related bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday, company sick pay, and access to discounts and cashback across hundreds of retailers.
This is a part-time position, approximately 18-20 hours per week, working office-based during the training period, followed by a hybrid working pattern.
