Job Overview

Nisbets Group is seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team based in Avonmouth, working part-time (18-20 hours per week approximately). This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic finance department that will provide support and opportunities for growth and development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist in preparing and distributing customer invoices, credit notes, and statements in a timely manner, and support credit controllers in debt collection by issuing copy documents and raising invoice disputes with customer services.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel. A competitive base salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with additional benefits such as 25 days holiday plus your Birthday off, and ongoing training and support through our learning management system.
