Administrative Finance Assistant

We are recruiting for a Administrative Finance Assistant to work on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team.
Key Tasks:
- Undertake administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and posting documents
- Distribute documents to relevant personnel
- Review invoices for accuracy and query any discrepancies
- Manage the credit control inbox and escalate issues to management as required
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Additional Information:
This role is based in South Bristol and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12-13 per hour. The duration of the role is approximately 4-6 weeks.
