About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business and insight team analysts to understand critical questions and identify key problems
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to establish relevant pipelines
  • Document and demonstrate products to various audiences
  • Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user requirements
  • Support business and customer in process and strategy change

Requirements

  • Experience in a relevant field such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or Software Developer
  • Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages
  • Confidence and capability to work in customer environment, across teams, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
