Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Bolton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage inventory levels and control stock movements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and improve workflows
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems
