Warehouse Operations Manager

Our client, a leading international manufacturer based in Bolton, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leader to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and to external locations.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
