We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils in a well-established SEMH setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pupil progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support teachers in preparing materials that meet the needs of children.
- Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be £85-105 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer full-time and part-time positions, with flexible working hours. Our Behaviour Supports benefit from weekly payments with no deductions or umbrella company charges.
