About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils in a well-established SEMH setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pupil progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support teachers in preparing materials that meet the needs of children.
  • Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities.

Salary and Benefits
