  4. Monitor student progress, reporting on well-being and providing regular updates to parents and colleagues.">
  5. Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and safety.">
  6. Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.">
