We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate collation and electronic storage of administrative records required for the induction and mobilisation of Maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all client instructions are logged on the system
  • Responding to customer communication
  • Allocation of purchase orders to subcontractors and engineers
  • Communication with colleagues/team
  • Administrative support per contract with the Clients and Contract Managers daily
  • Supporting the Contracts Managers
  • Running monthly reports
  • Reneewing and amending Contracts

Essential Skills:

  • Previous administration support experience
  • Good MS Excel and Word skills
  • Able to produce professional written communication
  • Highly organised with effective time management and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and adaptable at any given moment

This is a Full Time Permanent position, offering the hours of Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm and a salary of £23-25,725 depending on experience.
