Primary SEN Mentor Role

LTF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our partner primary school in Small Heath, working within a Resource Base for SEN pupils. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children with SEN.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to pupils with SEN, developing and implementing strategies to promote positive behavioural outcomes, and encouraging active engagement and participation in classroom activities.

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.

- Demonstrated experience in managing challenging behaviours.
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils.
