We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer & Business Support Assistant to join our team at Falkirk Council.
The successful candidate will be educated to SVQ level 2 or equivalent and possess a positive 'can do' attitude, strong written and oral communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office, call handling, and data protection legislation.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality responsive customer support service across a diverse range of services, working accurately to deadlines, and ensuring excellent customer support to both internal and external customers.
This role will involve a combination of home and office working, with some element of hybrid working, and will require the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Work accurately to deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
