About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Handler to join our team at Diligenta, a leading Life and Pensions service provider. As a Complaint Handler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries via phone, letter, or email
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping people and a strong customer service focus
  • Financial Services or complaint handling experience
  • Investigatory skills and/or customer journey experience
  • Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and computer competency

Working Arrangements

This role is based at our modern office in Kildean Business Park, Stirling. We offer a hybrid working arrangement once fully trained and accredited. The role is available 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, allowing for a great work-life balance.
