Clinical Data Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at Sunderland GP Alliance, a not-for-profit collaboration of GP practices in Sunderland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and auditing all data within our clinical system, ensuring the efficient running of the practice and safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Process and handle electronic and paper-based information accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the clinical system, including EMIS Web and NHS Mail email service.
- Oversee the filing of laboratory test results and entering new diagnoses or important test results into the database.
- Collaborate with the QOF/IT Team to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meet DBS standards and Criminal Record checks.
- Proven experience of working in an office environment and handling confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and work to deadlines.
