Key Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English

  • Ability to handle telephone queries and understand when to involve others

Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with EMIS Web clinical software
  • Previous experience with medical terminology, clinical coding, particularly Read Codes and summarizing records
