Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our dynamic team as a School Admin. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the smooth running of a school while providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling emails and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and communications for staff and parents.
- Coordinate school events and support meeting scheduling.
- Handle enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Ensure the efficient operation of office systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a School Admin role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Knowledge of school procedures and systems (desirable but not essential).
- Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
