We are seeking two experienced administrators to join our team at Sunderland GP Alliance Family Practices. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and auditing all data within our clinical system.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage electronic patient information within our clinical system (EMIS Web)
- Handle laboratory test results and file them into patient records
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the QOF/IT Team to ensure efficient and safe patient care
- Provide administrative support to the practice team
- GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Meet DBS standards and Criminal Record checks
- Proven experience of working in an office environment and administrative work
- Experience of handling confidential information
- Ability to handle telephone queries and understand when to involve others
Sunderland GP Alliance is a not-for-profit collaboration of GP practices in Sunderland. We cover approximately 285,000 patients and run three practices in Washington, South Hylton, and New Silksworth.
