HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Renault Retail Group UK. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting our HR Managers to provide a seamless and proactive service on all aspects of employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expertise in ER matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
  • Building strong relationships with our managers to support and provide advice, enabling them to make better decisions for their team and the business.
  • Supporting the HR Managers on additional work or ER cases.
Requirements:
  • Previous HR generalist experience, ideally with CIPD qualification.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with experience of using ADP and/or SD Worx.
  • Full UK Driver's license and own car.
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of £45,000 per annum.
  • A laptop and mobile phone provided with this role.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with one to two days per week in the office and potential for WFH.
