About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at our manufacturing site in Hayes. As a key member of our people team, you'll be responsible for leading our people strategy and developing the right talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the people agenda for the Hayes Manufacturing site, using your business expertise to diagnose talent, organisation, culture, and capability needs.
  • Work closely with the Site Director and Leadership team to develop site strategy and improve business and team performance.
  • Assess talent needs and design and deliver effective talent solutions.
  • Lead the change agenda in the Factory, ensuring a robust consultation and engagement process with employees.
  • Use diagnostic tools to plan and implement development interventions for the leadership team and workforce.
  • Be accountable for the site ER strategy and deliver it through building strong relationships with employees, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with employment law and risk mitigation.

What We're Looking For

  • HR Business Partner experience in a similar environment.
  • Solid experience of developing and implementing a people strategy.
  • Robust experience in ER and ability to lead the site through complex change programs.
  • Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and have experience in coaching and developing Leadership.
