Job Title: HR Officer/Senior Officer

We are partnering with an Educational Institution in Middlesex to recruit a HR Officer on a temporary to permanent contract. The successful candidate will have extensive recruitment experience and expert knowledge of employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR function to deliver a high-quality, professional HR service to the organisation's managers and the HR Director.
  • Partner with recruiting managers to deliver customer-focused, proactive, and highly efficient recruitment support that promotes inclusion and co-production.
  • Oversee post-appointment administration for successful candidates, including all necessary pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment.
  • Support the HR Director and/or line managers with informal and formal HR processes, including HR training or qualification.
  • Knowledge of HR legislation.

Working Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
