Job Title: Part-Time Human Resources HR

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support our HR department and ensure the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality proactive HR support, guidance, and advice to line managers and employees on the application of company employment policies, practices, and processes.
  • Advise on training and recruitment, negotiating procedures, salary agreements, and other personnel and industrial relations issues.
  • Develop and recommend policies for personnel and industrial relations.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with line managers and employees, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the strategic aims of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, company employment policies, and data protection.
  • Support the creation of a culture of continuous learning, upholding and promoting the stated values of the company.
Requirements:
  • HR experience required in a similar setting.
  • A generalist HR background in the Hospitality sector, ideally within hotels.
  • Ideal candidate will have a learning and development qualification.
  • Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong internal and external customer focus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and related legislation.
