The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, ideally within a similar sector such as logistics, transport, or manufacturing. You will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to managers on best practice, leading initiatives and programmes to deliver positive employee engagement, and developing UK-wide HR policies and processes.
Key duties will include reporting into the People Manager, supporting strategic goals, partnering with senior teams, and leading the development of HR policies and processes. You will also be responsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements, and leading or supporting the implementation of changes.
