About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at graze, a leading snack food company. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our people strategy, working closely with our Site Director and Leadership team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy for our manufacturing site in Hayes, aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead the people team on site, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective management of talent, organization, culture, and capability.
  • Collaborate with the Site Director and Leadership team to identify talent needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Design and deliver talent solutions, including leadership development programs, to ensure the site has the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead change initiatives on the factory floor, ensuring a robust consultation and engagement process with employees.
  • Use diagnostic tools to plan and implement development interventions for the leadership team and workforce.
  • Be accountable for the site's employment relations strategy, ensuring a strong relationship with employees, coaching managers, and compliance with employment law and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar environment.
  • Solid experience of developing and implementing a people strategy.
  • Robust experience in employment relations and ability to lead the site through complex change programs.
  • Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and have proven experience in coaching and developing Leadership.
