Academic School Health Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering life-changing health initiatives and early interventions that truly make a difference in the lives of children and young people.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN - School Nursing) qualification to take their career to new heights. As a School Nurse, you will be at the heart of the Healthy Child Programme, working with a skilled and passionate team to deliver dynamic health assessments, creative public health initiatives, and impactful interventions across schools and communities in Rugby or Nuneaton.
Main Responsibilities- Inspiring Change with a Caring Approach: You will lead the charge in delivering life-changing health initiatives and early interventions that truly make a difference.
- Leading the Healthy Child Programme: You will be at the heart of the programme, working with a skilled and passionate team to deliver dynamic health assessments, creative public health initiatives, and impactful interventions.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 27 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 32 days over time (pro rata), life assurance at 2 x basic salary, and excellent learning & development opportunities and career progression.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with SCPHN - School Nursing qualification
- Previous mentorship/preceptorship experience
- Caseload management responsibilities
