Teaching Assistant

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools, you will be responsible for supporting students with their academic work, participating in lesson planning and delivery, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the school. Your duties may include:
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
- Providing one-to-one support to students
- Participating in group activities and workshops
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a formal qualification such as a British Bachelor's or Master's Degree (previous experience in a classroom environment also considered)
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have a passion for teaching and education
