Customer Service and Claims Professional

As a Customer Service and Claims Professional, you will excel against customer service level expectations and take ownership of all inbound communication. You will ensure effective communication to policyholders of all claim decisions and progression, helping to reduce the number of inbound calls. You will work closely with other claims handlers to ensure effective validation and fair settlement of policyholders' claims.
You will maintain effective diary management to reduce settlement time. You will endorse and drive the company values and behaviours.
Responsibilities:
