We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality HR advice, coaching, and guidance to employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- HR Projects: Carry out ad-hoc HR projects as required, under the direction of the Hospital Director and People Business Partner.
- HR System Maintenance: Maintain and update the 'people content' on Spire's HR system 'Florence'.
- Learning and Development: Co-ordinate learning and development activities, training course administration, and other appropriate support as required.
- Onboarding: Arrange and deliver onboarding activities for all new joiners, including Welcome and Induction and co-ordinate job-specific training.
- HR Advice: Act as the initial point of contact for all HR matters; providing high-quality, consistent first-line HR advice, coaching, and guidance relating to Spire policy, procedure, and best practice at all levels.
- HR Data Management: Maintain excellent working relations with HR Shared Services to ensure data processing is initiated, approved, and updated as per security standards maintained by Spire.
- Employee Relations: Support Managers in performance management processes, disciplinary, grievance issues, and attendance matters. Undertake investigations when necessary and ensure cases are managed in a timely manner.
- Confidentiality: Accurate and confidential management of all employee data.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and accurate with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR Advisor or other HR position, ideally in a similar setting.
- Employment Law: Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
- Communication Skills: Good communicator with good computer literacy.
- Teamwork: Able to work in partnership with Managers and build strong employee relations.
