Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality HR support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Projects: Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of HR projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • HR Systems: Maintain and update HR systems, including employee data, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Learning and Development: Coordinate learning and development activities, training courses, and other support initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Onboarding: Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Advice: Provide high-quality, first-line HR advice, coaching, and guidance to employees and management team members on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain excellent working relationships with HR Shared Services, central HR, and payroll teams to ensure data processing, security, and compliance.
  • Investigations: Conduct investigations into employee matters, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Employee Data: Accurately and confidentially manage all employee data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • HR Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, disciplinary procedures, and grievance processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management team members.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
Working Hours and Contract

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - site based

9-month fixed-term contract
