  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
  • HR Operations and Administration
    • Manage HR databases and systems
    • Process HR-related paperwork and documentation
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations

Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
