This position offers a Fixed-Term opportunity for 12 months supporting a reputable Pharmaceutical Business during a maternity leave period. An experienced HR Generalist with corporate experience is sought to provide extensive support to an agile team in various operational HR tasks.

About the Company

We are representing a reputable and flexible Pharmaceutical organization based in Slough. This position will be part of a compact team working closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition team, and Senior Leadership. It provides a great chance to engage in operational HR tasks and gain exposure throughout the company.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle of around 100 employees including onboarding, offboarding, new hires, benefits enrollment, sickness management, company inductions, family related leave, and more
  • Support the payroll team, maintain relationships with suppliers, oversee monthly payroll, and handle financial documentation
  • Analyze reports and handle financial tasks such as purchase orders and invoice reconciliation
  • Assist HR Directors and HR Business Partners as needed
  • Participate in internal culture and wellbeing initiatives
  • Handle healthcare provider invoices and employee data
  • Support the Intern Programme and engagement sessions delivery
  • Provide adhoc assistance to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Senior Leadership teams in Slough

Desired Profile

  • Experienced HR Generalist with a broad range of Operational HR skills
  • Ability to work independently, offer advice, and respond to inquiries effectively
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical or Corporate environment preferred
  • Discreet, with a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and dynamic approach to tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Immediate availability or short notice period
