Executive Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, Jct.28. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, overseeing food preparation and ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to implement standard recipes and maintain food costs.
  • Lead a high-volume kitchen team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and managing a high-volume operation.
  • Deep understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
