Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate workforce requirements through regular planning cycles
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with finance teams to build labour forecasting models and generate reporting on key metrics
- Own ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to senior leadership teams
- Work with business and development teams to gather requirements and specifications
- Significant work experience in business analytics, forecasting, or a related field
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills with advanced formulas and VBA
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including expertise in ETL
- Proven ability to work independently and manage expectations outside of a normal team structure
- Technical expertise in planning and analysis tools, with a solution-driven approach to system and process
- Additional technical skills such as advanced programming, data visualization, or operations research
- Experience working in a dynamic HR environment
