Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for applicants to apply for a post which involves the management of Faecal Immunochemical Tests (FIT) within secondary and primary care across the Health Board. The job role will sit within the Endoscopy waiting list, under the management of the Endoscopy Service Manager.

Main Duties of the Job

The role involves the management of the whole FIT test pathway including sending out packs to patients, contacting patients, keeping up to date records, competent use of WPAS and spreadsheets, communicating results, liaising with the wider multi-disciplinary team, attending relevant meetings and working alongside the current Endoscopy Waiting list staff in a supporting role.

This post will be based in Glangwili General Hospital. This is an expanding and developing role with opportunity to review and improve processes. Training and support will be given by the Endoscopy Service Support Manager.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
