About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the position of Junior Project Manager at Penketh Group

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Project Manager in planning and delivering high-quality furniture and fit-out projects for commercial spaces

Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination - Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling furniture deliveries and installations
  • Customer Liaison - Liaise with customers, sales, design and estimate teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Project Documentation - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAMS and other relevant documents
  • Relationship Management - Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience - Previous experience in a Junior Project Manager position, preferably in a fit-out or furniture environment
  • Skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Education - Graduate calibre with a degree in a relevant field
