We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care service in Mansfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational and care delivery functions of the service
  • Promote the service on social media and the community to increase new client referrals
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage the business' compliance
  • Manage clients' care plans and ensure safety and high standards for their ongoing care
  • Manage the development and retention of all care staff
  • Have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare
  • Working towards or achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • UK Driving Licence
