Health and Safety Manager

Purpose of the Role: To control and coordinate the Health & Safety of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance in the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the safety arrangements and policy.
• Control the Health & Safety policy of the company, ensuring compliance with any changes in legislation.
• Control and organise the Health & Safety committee.
• Provide/organise Health & Safety training as requested by management and the safety committee.
• Ensure the Company's risk assessments procedures and processes are in line with current legislation.
• Monitor Health & Safety throughout the company, ensuring compliance from all employees and the management team.
• Obtain advice from external bodies as requested by management or the safety committee.
• Control the first aid arrangements of the company, ensuring all first aid representatives have adequate training.
• Control the company accident and incident reporting, liaising with external bodies as and when required.
• Ensure all employees have the required level of Health & Safety training.
• Control the fire safety procedures of the company.
