Job Title: QHSE Manager
Purpose of the Role:
As a key member of the Morson Talent Careers team, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating the Health & Safety of the Company. You will also coordinate the UK Quality Assurance system in line with requirements of ISO standards and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Health & Safety:
• Provide technical assistance in development, implementation, monitoring and review of the safety arrangements and policy.
• Control the Health & Safety policy of the company, ensuring the company is compliant with any changes in legislation.
• Control and organise Health & Safety committee.
• Provide/organise Health & Safety training as requested by management and safety committee.
• Ensure the Company risk assessments procedures and processes are in line with current legislation.
• Monitor Health & Safety throughout the company ensuring compliance from all employees and management team of the company.
• Obtain advice from external bodies as requested by management or the safety committee.
• Control the first aid arrangements of the company ensuring all first aid representatives have adequate training.
• Control the company accident and incident reporting, liaising with external bodies as and when required.
• Ensure that all employees have the required level of Health & Safety training.
• Control the fire safety procedures of the company.
