Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gledholt, Huddersfield. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care and promote recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, audit, and improve quality.
- Attend training and engage in CPD to further develop your knowledge and skills as a nurse.
- Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- A valid RMN qualification and NMC registration.
- A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery.
