We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Nursing Home Manager Mental Health/Complex Care. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience, and benefits including 35 days of annual leave and private medical insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team to deliver first-class specialist care to service users, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and developing and implementing a high-quality care provision strategy. This includes commissioning and shaping a brand new state-of-the-art home.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • NMC nursing pin
  • Home management experience within an elderly care setting
  • Demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
  • NVQ in social care management
