Role Overview:

We are seeking a recent Psychology graduate to join our team as an Educational Psychology Assistant.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with students who have diverse learning and behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a specialist school environment, collaborating closely with therapists and educators to implement a holistic approach to learning and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students to access the best education possible and setting objectives for their future development.
  • Working collaboratively with therapists to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Providing positive reinforcement and confidence-building strategies to students.
  • Offering 1:1 support outside of the classroom setting.
  • Collaborating with like-minded professionals to drive student success.
