We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join our team at Gold Group. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and executing transactions related to commercial real estate finance, asset-backed finance, and structured finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage transactions involving commercial real estate finance, asset-backed finance, and structured finance.
  • Provide general legal assistance across the global business, including advice on various product and service areas.
  • Review and negotiate Loan Market Association (LMA) documents.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for financial services.
Requirements:
  • Between 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a law firm or in-house within a financial services firm.
  • Qualified in England and Wales and hold a current practicing certificate.
